The corporate press war against Donald Trump continues apace.
The so-called mainstream media’s coverage of Trump is relentless and entirely negative.
And Trump just set a massive record Democrats refuse to talk about.
The Democrats hate Trump for a number of reasons.
They hate him because he ruined their succession plan of eight years of Barack Obama to eight years of Hillary Clinton.
They hate him because he’s repudiating a lot of their failed policies.
But most importantly, they hate Trump because he’s damaging their most powerful weapon: the media.
The Democrats and their media allies had enjoyed a near monopoly for decades.
Fox News and conservative talk radio cracked open the door, but the internet combined with Trump’s Twitter feed and truthful attacks on the liberal media have busted the door wide open.
No longer can the Democrats control the entire narrative.
All of their lies and deceptions can’t get immediately papered over.
It’s having a damaging effect, and the Democrats don’t know what to do.
The more they unfairly attack Trump and ignore his accomplishments, the worse their credibility gets.
A recent example came during the situation with Iran that the media tried to sell as World War III.
Trump authorized an airstrike that took out Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.
The media gave fawning coverage of Soleimani and citizens lined up in the streets, but they magically ignored the pro-democracy protesters in the streets.
The anti-Iranian regime protests intensified when the Iranian military accidentally shot down a commercial airliner after they failed to shut down their air space during a rocket reprisal targeting U.S. bases in Iraq.
Protesters who lost family members on the flight were joined by thousands and thousands of others calling for Ayatollah Khamenei to step down.
Trump tweeted his support for the protesters, and it became the most popular tweet in Farsi ever:
“To the brave and suffering Iranian people: I have stood with you since the beginning of my presidency and my government will continue to stand with you,” Trump tweeted in Farsi. “We are following your protests closely. Your courage is inspiring.”

The media of course ignored this because it cut against their narrative that everyone opposes everything Trump does, which is false.
Thousands of Iranians are tired of living under an oppressive Islamic dictatorship where women can be imprisoned for not covering their heads.
Trump’s support for the Iranian people is in stark contrast to Barack Obama, who remained silent while pro-freedom protesters were trampled.
Obama instead chose to side with the authoritarian Iranian regime under the lie that they were moderating.
That wasn’t true, and the waves of protesters today are proof of it.
