“That is exactly what they are. They are concentration camps,” Ocasio-Cortez declared. “The fact that concentrations camps are now an institutionalized practice in the Home of the Free is extraordinarily disturbing and we need to do something about it.”
Ocasio-Cortez doubled down on her comparison of Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler by invoking the “never again” phrase associated with countries taking action to never allow an atrocity like the Holocaust to ever happen again.
The freshmen Congresswoman also called President Trump a fascist and deployed the concentration camp metaphor a second time just in case anyone missed the original reference.
“I don’t use those words lightly,” Ocasio-Cortez added. “I don’t use those words to just throw bombs. I use that word because that is what an administration that creates concentration camps is. A presidency that creates concentration camps is fascist, and it’s very difficult to say that.”
The fake news media immediately launched an all-hands-on-deck rescue operation to clean up Ocasio-Cortez’s remarks.
Washington Post left-wing writer Dave Weigel – who the Post once fired in 2010 for wishing death upon Rush Limbaugh on an email listserv for left-wing “journalists” – helpfully claimed Ocasio-Cortez must have been referring to the concentration camps set up in the Boer War at the turn of the 20th century.
“Not going any deeper into Concentration Camp Twitter today, but the term originated to describe British tactics in the Boer War, and was later applied to Nazi tactics. Problem with saying “internment camp” instead is that you remind people that Americans had them before,” Weigel wrote.
MSNBC host Chris Hayes claimed the term concentration camps predated the Nazis and that Ocasio-Cortez was in no way referencing them.
“If you spend a few minutes learning some actual history, you will find out that concentration camps are different from death camps and have a history that both predates and extends far past the Nazis,” Hayes tweeted.
Hayes’ tweet drew an instant rebuke from the official twitter account of the Auschwitz Memorial.

But CNN editor Andrew Kaczynski’s defense of Ocasio-Cortez took the cake.
Kaczynski tried to minimize the Nazi death camps but adding that they also served as work camps.
The CNN editor was shredded for his offensive and outrageous attempt to pass block for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Aushwitz Concentration Camp also included administration buildings. We do not refer to it is an office park.

CNN likes to claim they are the “facts first” news network that holds power to account.
Kaczynski once again proved that is the biggest lie in all of the media.
When a Democrat that is worshipped by the left-wing base was in trouble, a CNN journalist rushed in to gaslight Americans about what Ocasio-Cortez really meant.
Kaczynski’s tweet proved an old saying about the so-called “mainstream” media: their job is to take any given set of facts and spin them in the most favorable light for the Democrat Party.
Liberal Propaganda Exposed will continue to highlight the so-called “mainstream” media’s attempts to cover up Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s offensive comments.
