There’s a disgusting trend happening on college campuses.
Socialism has sadly become the dominant ideology at universities.
But college socialists had their minds blown when they were asked one simple question.
University professors have been left-leaning forever, but it’s only been in the past few decades that the left/right teacher scale has wildly tipped to the left.
At almost every single college, professors who identify as Republicans are not only vastly outnumbered by Democrats, they’re vastly outnumbered by avowed socialists.
Approximately 40% of social science and humanities professors openly call themselves Marxists.
And they’ve been indoctrinating students for decades, the next batch more militant than the previous.
But these people aren’t only found in academia, they’ve spread to other sectors of American life.
As a result, communism probably hasn’t been this popular in America since the 1940s.
This is a deeply disturbing trend, but conservatives are finally waking up to the problem, and pushing back.
The conservative group Campus Reform travels to various colleges and asks students basic questions about politics, often exposing the depth of their leftist indoctrination.
During a visit to Florida International University, Campus Reform asked students their feelings about socialism.
Unsurprisingly, the FIU students had warm views of the murderous doctrine responsible for over 100 million deaths.
They felt socialism was compassionate and fair.
Then the Campus Reform field reporter asked them one simple question: would they “share” their GPA points with students who had worse grades.
All of a sudden, the FIU students mustered a belief in hard work, and personal responsibility.
One student said, “I’m all for helping, but I wouldn’t give some of my points… I’ve lost a lot of sleep so I don’t know if that would be fair.”
The student could not make the obvious connection to the hard-working people who lost a lot of sleep earning their salary or building their business.
In the childish Marxist worldview pumped into their soft heads, they believe all wealth is ill-gotten.
Another student replied, “I like, study all day for my grades.”
And some people work all day for their money.
Confiscating someone’s money is like taking years off their life.
Another brainwashed student said, “You study for your grades, and they reflect how much time you’re studying.”
Again, the lack of awareness is startling.
Radical leftists have pulled off a powerful trick in convincing people that controlling the fruits of their own labor is a bad thing.
Perhaps one can take solace in the fact that the American ethos still resides within these kids despite years of propaganda.
Once the socialist concept was applied to their grades, they immediately understood how ridiculous it is.
Free markets and property rights have lifted more people out of poverty than socialism could ever dream of doing.
During the most recent State of the Union, Donald Trump said, “America will never be a socialist country.”
The radical leftists are doing their best to prove him wrong, and they have a massive headstart in media, Hollywood, and academia.
But the pendulum could be swinging back in the opposite direction.
You can only push a free people so far before they start to wake up.
