Fake news CNN suffered another massive defeat.
The anti-Trump cable network made it their mission to defeat the President in 2020.
But CNN got hit with an uncomfortable truth and it’s their worst defeat ever.
Fake news CNN televised the fourth Democrat Presidential debate from Ohio.
When the ratings came in, CNN and their partners in the Democrat Party shook their heads in disbelief.
The debate drew just 8.3 million viewers, the smallest audience of any Democrat debate this year.
That represented a nearly 50 percent decrease in viewers from the 14 million who tuned into the September debate on ABC and Univision.
While ABC’s over-the-air channel reaching more homes than cable channel CNN could account for some of the drop, the ratings for this debate were well below the 8.7 and 10.1 million viewers who watched the two rounds of Democrat Presidential debates CNN televised in July.
These declining ratings and small viewing audiences sent shivers down the spines of Democrats and CNN executives.
TV viewing audiences are one measure of voter enthusiasm.
Before Donald Trump came on the scene, the highest-rated Presidential debate took place in 2008 when 9.3 million Americans watched Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton face off.
The Democrat debate outdrawing its Republican counterparts was a harbinger of the coming Democrat wave that November.
In 2016, Donald Trump’s participation in the GOP debates blew those viewing records out of the water.
The first Republican debate drew 25 million viewers.
In October of that year, CNBC drew nearly twice the audience CNN brought in for this Democrat debate when 14 million viewers watched the top ten Republican candidates square off.
Americans watching the Republican debates in record numbers foreshadowed the massive turnout Donald Trump inspired that led to his shocking victory over Hillary Clinton in 2016.
2020 Democrats and their corrupt news media allies are biting their fingernails as they are not seeing similar levels of enthusiasm for their candidates.
CNN also faced a barrage of criticism from both the right and left for the ridiculous debate.
Critics mocked fake news anchor Anderson Cooper for asserting to Joe Biden in a question that he was the victim of false attacks from President Trump over Biden’s scandal of firing a Ukrainian prosecutor who had investigated a company paying his son $50,000 per month.
Some critics also ripped CNN for not asking any questions about NBA players bowing to the Communist Chinese government and refusing to stand up for protestors in Hong Kong.
“Oh good, the foreign policy section is over without a single China question. This is literally a joke,” The Hill correspondent Saagar Enjeti tweeted.
The View’s co-host Megan McCain added, “There hasn’t been one question about China in this entire 3 hour debate. It is shameful.”
But Democrats were also furious with CNN.
“Three hours and no questions tonight about climate, housing, or immigration. Climate change is an existential threat. America has a housing crisis. Children are still in cages at our border. But you know, Ellen,” Democrat Presidential hopeful Julian Castro tweeted.
The uninspiring field of candidates, lousy format, and biased moderators all contributed to CNN’s low debate ratings.
And those were all bad signs for the Democrats in their quest to defeat Donald Trump in 2020.
Liberal Propaganda Exposed will continue to cover any new developments in the declining viewership of fake news CNN.
