The so-called mainstream media is trying to drive people insane.
That’s the only explanation for their nonsensical reporting about the Wuhan virus.
And now CNN said something about the coronavirus that will make you want to pull your hair out.
Big media is fracturing right before our eyes – the Democrats and their allies in the media are trying to promote a deranged narrative.
But people are seeing right through it.
After two weeks of nationwide protesting, rioting, and looting in reaction to the murder of George Floyd, the so-called mainstream has returned to fearmongering over the coronavirus again.
CNN has been particularly horrible on this issue.
They were not only silent about the virus when violent protests erupted across the country, but they actually defended the riots.
Now that protests have begun to subside, big media is switching back to scaring people about the coronavirus.
During one surreal segment on CNN, host Wolf Blitzer said, “[A] lot of people out there apparently think it’s over. It’s clearly not over by any means. As you say, it’s probably going to get a whole lot worse. 19 states, Leana, are actually seeing their number of cases go up right now and since Memorial Day weekend, hospitalizations are up in at least a dozen states and the daily death toll is still very high, so do parts of the country need to do a 180 right now, reimplement some of those safety measures that we saw originally in the form of lockdowns?”
For people under the age of 65, the chances of dying from the coronavirus are roughly the same as dying in a car accident on the way to work.
It’s a very low risk that people accept every day and doesn’t require shutting down the entire United States economy.
Also, cases are going up because more people are being tested – which also means the death rate is going down by an order of magnitude.
The increase in cases also doesn’t break down the number of people who are asymptomatic.
The World Health Organization, which has been a complete disaster in the face of the global pandemic, recently said it was “very rare” the virus could spread through asymptomatic symptoms.
But after receiving backlash from politicians who want the lockdowns to last forever, the WHO said there’s a difference between “presymptomatic” and “asymptomatic.”
But it doesn’t matter anymore – the people have had enough of it. They were told to stay inside to flatten the curve. Well, the curve has been flattened.
Americans are no longer going to be scared into isolating themselves indoors, especially when epidemiologists are encouraging people to protest because “racism” is a bigger public health crisis than COVID-19.
CNN and the Democrats look ridiculous trying to spin this web. Even people in blue states are getting out of their homes and hanging out at restaurants. They’re not going back inside no matter how much CNN cracks the whip.
