Democrats are beyond desperate to remove Donald Trump from office.
They’ve resorted to using the Wuhan virus as a club against Trump while giving China a free pass.
Now Democrats are blaming the coronavirus on something you can’t imagine.
It didn’t take long for the so-called mainstream media to ditch any pretense of national unity in order to bash Trump and Republicans for the Wuhan virus.
Instead of holding China to account, the corporate press was all too eager to lap up the propaganda of the Chinese Communist Party.
Big media has made Trump the scapegoat for a worldwide pandemic that originated in a foreign country.
Now they’ve taken their lunacy to the next level.
Leftists always fall back on identity politics, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that The New York Times blamed the black-white disparity in coronavirus deaths on slavery.
The Times had the gall to run a headline called “It’s Not Obesity. It’s Slavery: We know why COVID-19 is killing so many black people.”
This is the full-on madness people have come to expect from the left.
This ideology is rooted in the concept of critical theory, which looks at disparities in groups by race, gender, sexuality, et cetera, and blames those disparities on some type of “ism” or “phobia.”
The piece argues:
“The era of slavery was when white Americans determined that black Americans needed only the bare necessities, not enough to keep them optimally safe and healthy. It set in motion black people’s diminished access to healthy foods, safe working conditions, medical treatment and a host of other social inequities that negatively impact health.”
The main problem with this argument is that the most socioeconomically depressed areas in the country are Democrat strongholds.
For decades, do-nothing members of Congress and local politicians have lined their pockets while their districts slip further into degradation and squalor.
Dr. Sabrina Strings, the author of the inane New York Times piece, is an associate professor of sociology at UC Irvine, which explains so much.
Sociology has become an activist major, and the universities have been overrun by flat-out Marxists and fellow travelers.
But what makes this type of indoctrination even worse is you have Never Trump traitors who amplify this craziness out of their personal disdain for Trump.
For example, neocon warhawk Bill Kristol despises Trump so much, he’s all but declared himself a Democrat until Trump leaves office and said he’d rather see Bernie Sanders or Nancy Pelosi in the White House.
The unhinged Times op-ed shouldn’t come as a surprise, especially after the paper collected a Pulitzer Prize for the fraudulent history of “The 1619 Project,” which attempts to rewrite history in Howard Zinn fashion and claims that the founding of America was specifically based on the preservation of slavery.
Articles like this are why Trump called the corporate press the “enemy of the American people.”
The sole purpose of spreading these false and misleading dispatches is to enrage, divide, and tear down the country.
They need to be called out for what they’re doing.
