Joe Biden has proven once and for all that he is not a moderate presidential candidate.
He’s taken several far-left positions, including his point of view on the Judiciary.
Now Democrats are in panic trying to defend Biden’s insane Supreme Court plan.
While the so-called mainstream media tries to convince the American people that Joe Biden is a middle-of-the-road candidate, he’s shown plenty of warning signs that he’s really a radical.
Biden agreed to a unity pledge with lifelong communist Bernie Sanders, who’s told supporters that Biden would be “the most progressive president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.”
And Biden refuses to answer the question of whether or not he will pack the Supreme Court.
Even Democrats acknowledge that’s a terrible answer, so they’re working overtime to clean up his mess. Several liberal media outlets argue it’s actually the Republicans who are packing the court by filling vacancies.
But perhaps the worst take came from Montana governor Steve Bullock, who’s currently running for senator, when he said that packing the court would be a step toward “depoliticizing” it.
The Associated Press took the bait and helped Democrats launder this absurd idea:
With lightning speed, the Associated Press adopts Democrats’ language on SCOTUS: adding members is now “depoliticizing” the court, only “critics” refer to it as “packing.” pic.twitter.com/IBujBwmWE2

The AP has since backed off and clarified that it was Bullock’s opinion that packing the court would depoliticize it, not the AP’s opinion.
Adding six partisan leftist Justices – which was Roosevelt’s ill-fated plan in 1937 – does the exact opposite of depoliticizing the court. But many members of the liberal elite are on board with this idea because they see the Supreme Court as their end-run to enact laws they can’t pass through Congress.
If Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed by the Senate, that could be five strong votes on the court to block the inane legal activism of the left.
Thus far, George W. Bush appointee Chief Justice John Roberts has been an unreliable swing vote, siding with liberals on some jaw-dropping cases, including Obamacare.
When Democrats don’t get their way, they’ll try and change the rules – like discussing granting statehood to Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico in order to add four more Senate seats.
The Democrats are willing to blow up the American system of governance just for a political win.
