The so-called mainstream media is building the myth of Joe Biden in real time.
Outlets are releasing one obnoxious puff piece after another.
But The New York Times told a lie about Biden that backfired in a big way.
Donald Trump’s entire presidency was marked by an all-out assault from the corporate press on every level.
Trump never got any glowing human interest stories about fashion or ice cream flavors, but the American people need to prepare themselves for years of stories like that regarding Joe Biden.
In fact, the New York Times just released a piece calling Biden the most religious president in 50 years.
From The Times:
“Mr. Biden, perhaps the most religiously observant commander in chief in half a century, regularly attends Mass and speaks of how his Catholic faith grounds his life and his policies. And with Mr. Biden, a different, more liberal Christianity is ascendant: less focused on sexual politics and more on combating poverty, climate change and racial inequality.”
It didn’t take long for conservatives to poke holes in the ridiculous assertion.
Pastor and author Daniel Darling was quick to point out the deeply flawed Times article.
George W Bush said Jesus Christ was his favorite philosopher and credited Billy Graham with changing his life. Jimmy Carter taught Sunday School. Cmon. https://t.co/yDy60KjOs5

Washington Examiner editor Jim Antle also called out the Times:
I think it is fair to say that Biden is sincere in a version of liberal Christianity, but the most religiously observant in a half century? Not even the most religiously observant liberal in that stretch (Carter). https://t.co/iHqqLaSGCr

The Times continued:
“Mr. Biden’s policy priorities reflect those of Pope Francis, who has sought to turn the church’s attention from sexual politics to issues like environmental protection, poverty and migration.”
Liberals only like to cite Pope Francis when it suits them, but will ignore his staunch pro-life position.
Biden has been denied communion in the past because of his pro-abortion stance.
Not only that, but Biden is pushing to allow funding for abortions in foreign countries.
Focus on poverty from a Christian perspective has nothing to do with using government to coerce money from one group and give it to another.
Plus, the globalist policies that Biden supports puts more money in the hands of the elites.
The Times’ characterization that Biden is the most religious president in half a century is a joke.
