The Democrat Media Complex has called the election for Joe Biden.
Thus far, Biden is on track to be the next president, even despite major voter irregularities.
But Democrats are fearful about one big Trump announcement.
The Democrats believe they’ve vanquished the demon that is Donald Trump.
They’ve convinced themselves that the 2020 election was a repudiation of Trump and Trumpism.
But Democrats are ignoring the tea leaves.
Republicans won convincingly down-the-ballot and Trump gained 10 million more voters than in 2016.
And voter irregularities in multiple states have put a specter over Biden’s tenuous victory.
That’s why Democrats are concerned Trump could announce he’s running again in 2024.
There’s some speculation that Trump will announce his re-election campaign during Biden’s inauguration in January.
MSNBC and other left-wing outlets were deeply concerned about this.
And the network brought on disgraceful Never-Trumper Jennifer Rubin to discuss the Democrats’ strategy on Trump’s 2024 plans.
“I think it’s somewhat ridiculous. And it’s also a good test for the media, frankly. There is absolutely no bigger story than the inauguration of Joe Biden and no one should cover Trump. This is his pathetic venting…[H]e is not the center of our political life anymore. He is not the story. And I think Kamala Harris may have been amused that this is now Republicans’ problem to deal with. He is the one who is now going to be hanging like a dark cloud over the 2024 wannabes. So let them cope with him, and they should ignore him thoroughly and get on with the business of governing the country.”
The Democrats and their media allies have mastered ignoring stories they don’t like.
If Trump runs again in 2024, he would likely have a galvanized Republican party behind him because many of the Never-Trumpers and RINO saboteurs have shown their true colors.
Trump was able to expand the Republican base, receiving the largest Republican share of nonwhite voters since 1960.
He also won the bellwether states and 16 out of 17 bellwether counties.
And Trump could have a Republican House and Senate because 2022 is not shaping up to be a good year for the Democrats.
They lost seats in the House, the so-called moderates are at war with the avowed socialists, and Republicans control state legislatures, so they will be able to re-district in their favor.
Not only are the Democrats in disarray, the corporate press is disconnected from reality.
The left has convinced itself that Trump made gains in 2020 because black and Latino voters suddenly became enamored with white supremacy or some such nonsense.
They don’t know what they don’t know because they’ve insulated themselves from the truth.
Ignoring Trump’s 2024 prospects would be very bad for them electorally, and it’s also bad business.
The “Trump bump” kept the media industry afloat over the past four years.
