The so-called mainstream doesn’t even pretend to be an objective entity anymore.
The press is openly working to help Joe Biden get elected in November.
And ABC let Biden get away with one jaw-dropping quote.
The election of Donald Trump exposed the fraudulence of the left.
The American people got a clear picture of who was against them; the coastal liberals, RINOs, and corporate press showed their true colors.
Hillary Clinton called 60 million people irredeemable “deplorables,” RINOs stabbed them in the back and sided with the Democrats, and the corporate press served as a cheerleader every step of the way.
Dozens of newspapers around the country, including the New York Times, abandoned tradition and openly endorsed Clinton for president.
It didn’t do much good because Clinton still lost, but the American people got to see the gears turning inside the Democrat Media Complex.
Now that the 2020 election is heating up, the press is in overdrive to drag Biden across the finish line.
Biden just gave an interview to ABC, and they let him get away with an unbelievable quote.
ABC’s Robin Roberts asked Biden why he selected Kamala Harris as his running mate, and Biden answered with a quote from the Chinese communist dictator Mao Zedong.
Biden said, “As that old expression goes, ‘women hold up half sky.’”
This is the second time during the campaign that Biden quoted Mao, a mass murder responsible for as many as 60 million deaths.
Mao’s Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution were two deeply disturbing authoritarian movements.
It’s probably fitting that Biden quoted Chairman Mao considering America is currently in the throes of a cultural revolution of its own.
Every single American institution is under assault right now, and Maoist struggle sessions are being conducted on Twitter.
Jobs and reputations have been lost on social media due to outrage mob hysteria.
The fact Biden was able to get away with the quote is further proof to the American people of the absurd double standard perpetuated by the so-called mainstream media.
If Trump quoted Mussolini, it would be a scandal for a week.
And Trump isn’t afraid to duck tough interviews.
Meanwhile, Biden gets to quote dictators and the press corps cheers him on.
Despite the softball interviews, Biden has still made plenty of gaffes along the way.
Democrats know Biden has the potential to torpedo his own campaign because he’s already done it twice.
During the 2008 presidential primary, he said Barack Obama was “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”
In 1988, Biden plagiarized a speech and ended his campaign in disgrace.
Even with the press boost, Biden is likely to step in mud.
But it’s incumbent on the press to actually call him out when he does.
At some point, Biden will have to face aggressive questioning.
Just not on ABC.
