The so-called mainstream media refuses to ask Joe Biden any tough questions.
He’s been allowed to skate through the general election like no one else in presidential history.
But a CNN host shocked everyone when he called out one big Biden lie.
CNN has become a rage-filled, anti-Donald Trump network since his election in 2016.
The network barely even pretends to be objective at this point.
So it was shocking when Jake Tapper of CNN actually called out Joe Biden and the Democrats for what they’re doing on the issue of packing the Supreme Court.
For years, Democrats have relied on the court to cram through policies they couldn’t pass legislatively.
Now that Trump could seat another constitutionalist Justice instead of a left-wing activist, the Democrats are beside themselves.
Their efforts to block Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett have been largely ineffective, so now the Democrats have switched gears to legitimate talk of packing the Supreme Court.
But Biden refuses to answer the question of whether or not he’d pack the court should he win the presidency.
Meanwhile, Kate Bedingfield appeared on Tapper’s show to defend court-packing, and it did not go well for her.
She started out making excuses for Biden’s lie that Trump and the Senate Republicans seating Judge Barrett is unconstitutional:
KATE BEDINGFIELD: His point is the people have an opportunity to weigh in on this constitutional process through their vote…And you see that the vast majority of people say that they want the person who wins the election on November 3rd to nominate the justice–
TAPPER: That is a poll. That is not the constitution.
BEDINGFIELD: By trying to–that is their–there is the constitutional process of advising consent and the American people get to have their say by voting for president, by voting for senators. We are now 23 days away from the election.
TAPPER: Right, but it’s not unconstitutional.
BEDINGFIELD: Voters are being denied their constitutional right to have a say in this process.
TAPPER: They elected the Senate.
Bedingfield had no good answer for Tapper’s obvious retort, but she persisted anyway.
BEDINGFIELD: But trying to ram through–are trying to ram through a nominee who, by the way, is going to change the makeup of the court. And we see time and time again poll after poll show most Americans vehemently disagree with this–
TAPPER: Again Kate, that’s a poll. That is not what the word constitutional means. Constitutional doesn’t mean I like it or don’t like it. It means it’s according to the U.S. Constitution. There’s nothing unconstitutional about what the U.S. Senate is doing.
Tapper completely destroyed the Democrats’ talking points with this interview.
Even some Democrats acknowledge that radically changing the rules of the Supreme Court is a terrible idea.
Biden is supposed to be the “moderate” candidate, so either he’s lying, or he’s allowing the radicals in his party to run the show.
