The impeachment inquiry has turned into a full-blown witch hunt.
Democrats are on a mission to remove Donald Trump from office by any means necessary.
That’s why the Democrats won’t talk about the shocking thing one impeachment witness said.
Big media has gone over the top in their attempt to sell impeachment to the American people.
So-called mainstream media personalities have likened the spectacle to a thrilling Netflix series.
Some said that former Ukrainian Ambassador Maria Yovanovitch would be a good witness because of her ability to cry during testimony.
Democrats focus-group tested the phrase “quid pro quo” and determined it wasn’t powerful enough, so they circulated the talking point that Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president was “bribery.”
Now the Democrats are building up one deep state operative who testified during the impeachment inquiry.
Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, a staff member of the National Security Council, testified before Congress and the left was very excited about it.
Democrats have tried to build up Vindman as a patriot who was just doing his job – not someone who’s politically motivated.
But evidence has come out that he is exactly that.
Vindman was born in Ukraine when it was under the thumb of the Soviet Union and emigrated to the United States with his family when he was young.
He is fluent in Ukrainian and has ties to the country, which is what made one part of his testimony so eye-popping.
Vindman admitted that the Ukrainian government offered him the position of Minister of Defense on three different occasions.
This begs the question: why would a foreign power ask an American intelligence official to work on their behalf in a high-ranking position—and feel comfortable enough to ask him three times?
It certainly raises suspicion as to whether Vindman served at the pleasure of the President or his own foreign policy agenda.
This lines up with another part of Vindman’s testimony when he said he felt Trump’s phone call with Ukraine was “inappropriate.”
Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh ripped Vindman on Twitter for his statement:
“He disagreed with the president. Hate to break it to Adam Schiff & the Democrats but the President of the United States sets policy, not unelected bureaucrats. And policy disagreements are not impeachable offenses.”
This is exactly right.
It’s not Vindman’s job to run his own agenda.
The President sets foreign policy, so Vindman’s personal feelings are irrelevant.
Worse yet, Vindman appears to be the person who passed on concerns about the phone call to the intelligence community.
However, Vindman claims he does not know alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella.
But when Republican Congressman Devin Nunes pressed Vindman about his possible connection to the whistleblower, Adam Schiff shut down the line of questioning.
The impeachment charade is showing all kinds of shady connections between Democrats and deep state allies.
The longer the inquiry drags on, the worse the Democrats look.
