Democrat-run cities have been completely overrun by far-left extremists.
The so-called mainstream media barely reports on the violence or holds elected officials accountable.
Now the New York Times said something about the riots that’s left everyone speechless.
The New York Times has become nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.
Their job is not to report the news but to shape a narrative that’s as beneficial to the left as possible without straining credulity.
But the Times has crossed that threshold.
They’re completely untethered from reality at this point and that couldn’t be more clear after what the “paper of record” said about rioting in Portland.
For years, Portland has been besieged by the left-wing terror group, Antifa, While Mayor and police commissioner Ted Wheeler has sat on his hands the entire time.
But in the wake of George Floyd’s death, Antifa terrorists and Black Lives Matter extremists have gotten even worse – the city has been the home of nonstop rioting for three months.
A particularly ugly scene occurred when rioters burned the Bible and American flag.
The New York Times “debunked” the story, and in doing so, admitted it was true.
In a piece titled, “A Bible Burning, a Russian News Agency and a Story Too Good to Check Out,” the Times argued reports of the Bible burning were inaccurate.
Their excuse? Because the rioters only burned the Bible for kindling.
From the Times:
“A few protesters among the many thousands appear to have burned a single Bible — and possibly a second — for kindling to start a bigger fire. None of the other protesters seemed to notice or care.”
Further, the Times had no excuse for the burning of the American flag:
“The crowd does cheer when an American flag is thrown on the flames.”
This is the New York Times running cover for communists.
In the midst of all the chaos, the Democrats and their media allies have pushed the “defund the police movement,” which isn’t supported by anyone.
The results of the anti-police movement have been devastating and liberals continue to be proverbially mugged by reality.
The Democrats and the corporate press are so determined to push Joe Biden and Kamala Harris into the White House that they’re working hard to convince the American people their cities aren’t on fire.
November is right around the corner, so soon it will be revealed how well—or how poorly—the press has done in this propaganda effort.
The Bible and flag burning is real and the Times can’t even deny it.
It’s incredibly difficult to believe the American people are on board with this.
