The Democrats’ plan to remove Donald Trump from office failed.
Their impeachment attempt backfired in ways they didn’t see coming.
Now Democrats are desperate to shut down one incredibly effective Trump ad.
The impeachment hoax is over.
Donald Trump was acquitted because the Democrats couldn’t muster the 67 votes needed to remove him from office.
They needed 20 Republican senators to vote with them, but they could only peel off one, turncoat Mitt Romney.
The majority of Americans didn’t want Trump impeached, and that majority grew as the sham impeachment dragged on.
Trump emerged with the highest approval rating of his presidency.
That momentum led Trump into his State of the Union address where he detailed all of his successes and all of the gains Americans have experienced.
Meanwhile, the Democrats sat on their hands the entire time.
But their truly embarrassing moment occurred when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ripped Trump’s speech in half after he concluded his State of the Union address.
It turns out her stunt was premeditated.
She was caught on camera ahead of time fraying the pages to make them easier to rip.
The Trump campaign cut an ad that showed the clip of Pelosi ripping the ad on several occasions after one of Trump’s pro-America announcements, including celebrating a 100-year-old Tuskegee Airman.
The ad has been viewed over 12 million times, and the Democrats are furious.
Drew Hammill, Nancy Pelosi’s Chief of Staff, tried to get Facebook and Twitter to take down the ad because it put her to shame.
The American people know that the President has no qualms about lying to them – but it is a shame to see Twitter and Facebook, sources of news for millions, do the same. https://t.co/OatHIOamsD

Hammill’s argument is that the ad was deceptively edited, but that’s an absurd claim.
Trump made those statements, and Pelosi ripped the speech in half.
People understand how editing works.
No one believes Pelosi ripped the speech more than half a dozen times in exactly the same manner.
The reason the ad is so effective is because it drove home the point that Pelosi ripped up a speech that honored so many great things about America.
Even the liberals at Facebook and Twitter were taken aback by the censorious request.
Sorry, are you suggesting the President didn’t make those remarks and the Speaker didn’t rip the speech?

Stone, who works in Comms at Facebook, previously worked for retired California senator Barbara Boxer, so he is no right-winger.
The Democrats’ efforts to have the ad taken down mirror their urge to censor satirical sites like the Babylon Bee.
They’ve essentially given up on winning the argument.
Instead they want all media that makes them look bad to be shut down.
But the cat’s already out of the bag.
Pelosi tried to steal the news cycle from Trump’s positive State of the Union, but her plan backfired.
Now all she’s done is draw attention to her pettiness, and the Democrats have no answers.
