Dr. Fauci’s skated through the pandemic without facing any accountability for his disastrous decisions.
Those days appear to be over.
And now Dr. Fauci is in serious trouble after what Megyn Kelly just revealed about him.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
For one year Dr. Anthony Fauci essentially played God.
Fauci was the top medical advisor and ever-present cable news figure whose words were treated like commandments from above by media figures and elected officials in both parties.
For the last twelve months, Americans could not gather indoors, travel or do anything fun without Dr. Fauci’s permission.
But Megyn Kelly finally had enough.
Kelly exploded on Fauci when the former Fox News host tweeted out a clip of Dr. Fauci on “Meet the Press” claiming he could not give his go-ahead for Americans to hold indoor weddings despite the fact that vaccines are starting to become widely available.
“Not sure who misled you on this, sir, but you don’t control us,” Kelly posted on social media.
In an interview with left-wing activist Chuck Todd, Dr. Fauci played his typical Doctor Doom role where he refused to provide a light at the end of the tunnel for when the lockdowns and mask mandates can end.
“You know, that’s a good question. And I think that’s going to be within a reasonable period of time,” Dr. Fauci responded when Todd asked when it would be “safe” for Americans to hold indoor wedding receptions.
Whatever little hope Fauci dangled in his first response he quickly retracted when Todd asked for a clarification as to when in the calendar year of 2021 weddings could take place.
“What time of the year? You know, I can’t give you that exact date because it’s going to absolutely depend, and this gets back to our conversation a minute or two ago, it’s going to depend on the level of infection in community. If we plateau and stay at 60,000 a day and go up with a peak, I mean, you can make no prediction,” Fauci added.
One of the main complaints about Fauci is he seems determined to keep the lockdowns in place until America reaches “COVID Zero” which means virtually no transmission.
“If we keep going down and get to a very, very low level, when we’re there and we have a good proportion of the people vaccinated, I think you’re going to see weddings in the normal way that we’ve seen within a reasonable period of time. But there’s always the caveat that it’s not going to happen if all of a sudden you have a surge,” Fauci continued.
After one year of COVID and tens of millions of Americans having immunity that was either developed naturally through the infection or from the vaccine, Fauci should instead be telling Americans how to go about their normal lives.
Critics suspect that if Fauci told the truth about how close America was to herd immunity, he wouldn’t get on TV as much, fashion magazines wouldn’t want to stage pool-side photoshoots with him nor would his beloved Washington Nationals select him to throw out the first pitch.
