Democrats are using the Wuhan coronavirus as a political football.
They’re attempting to use the pandemic to blame Donald Trump for everything in the country.
But one Fox News host called out MSNBC for the horrible thing they said about the coronavirus.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough has become one of the network’s most unhinged hosts.
Scarborough, a former Republican congressman, left the GOP in 2017 over his dislike of Trump.
However, it was also Scarborough who used his show to build up Trump early in the 2016 primary and even joked about being Trump’s running mate.
But once it became clear Trump was more than a gadfly for the establishment, Scarborough and members of the Democrat Media Complex who were once friendly with Trump turned on him.
Since then, Scarborough has attacked Trump and Republicans, even blasting his former constituents.
In light of discussion about reopening the economy to avoid a potential depression, Scarborough claimed Republicans simply want people to die, “It seems that Republicans now are making the argument, let the WWII vets die…Let the Korean war vets die. Let the Vietnam vets die. Let everybody in that generation die, because we‘re worried about Boeing. It is the born, it is the weakest among us, it is senior citizens who they’re ready to euthanize because they want Boeing’s corporate earnings to not dip too low.”
This is a despicable response, especially considering Scarborough praised Trump’s leadership in handling the pandemic not long ago.
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld quickly called out Scarborough for his comments.
“How is the media gonna express legitimate concern over the 3.28 million newly unemployed when they demonize other people for expressing that same adult concern?” Gutfeld asked.
“They have no expertise in cost-benefit analysis. Secondly, that’s the first time I saw that Joe Scarborough clip, and that is mind-blowing.”
It’s the responsibility of the government to determine when it’s safe for people to return to work. If they aren’t having that discussion, then they’re not doing their job.
Gutfeld continued, “I think we kind of let him off a little easy when he said that the administration wants World War II vets to die, that we want to euthanize vets…It’s only in our employment, in our commentary world that an idiot like Joe Scarborough can still make a living.”
But the Democrats realize there’s still an election to win in November, so they can’t let this crisis go to waste.
Big media is doing everything in its power to demonize Trump and Republicans in hopes it will be enough to drag Joe Biden across the finish line.
Thus far, the plan isn’t working – Trump’s approval ratings are only ticking up.
