They thought they finally backed Fox News into a corner.
And that’s because Tucker Carlson just said the one thing you are not allowed to say on TV.
As American Patriot Daily reports:
The left is once again out for blood and scheming to cancel Tucker Carlson.
Liberal activists have tried for four years to force Carlson off the air by smearing him as a racist and a “white nationalist.”
The latest left-wing lie to pressure Fox News to fire Carlson is the baseless smear that Carlson defended the “white replacement” conspiracy theory—which holds that American elites are bringing in racial minorities to replace the white population—on his program.
During a recent broadcast, Carlson said he specifically rejected this conspiracy theory when Carlson attacked the Democrats’ open borders policies.
Carlson argued that Democrats wanted to import a new electorate because they were not winning as many elections as they would like with the current composition of American voters.
“Now, I know that the left and all the little gatekeepers on Twitter become literally hysterical if you use the term ‘replacement,’ if you suggest that the Democratic Party is trying to replace the current electorate, the voters now casting ballots, with new people, more obedient voters from the Third World,” Carlson stated. “But they become hysterical because that’s what’s happening actually. Let’s just say it. That’s true.”
After going out of his way to clearly state that he had no interest in advancing or defending the “white replacement” conspiracy theory, Carlson explained that he viewed immigration as a voting issue where Democrats wanted to dilute the vote of their opponents by reshaping the electorate in their favor.
“No, no, this is a voting-right question. I have less political power because they are importing a brand-new electorate,” Carlson continued. “Why should I sit back and take that? The power that I have as an American guaranteed at birth is one man, one vote, and they are diluting it. No, they are not allowed to do it. Why are we putting up with this?”
The organizing principle of the left in 2021 is that anyone that disagrees with the Democrat Party agenda shouldn’t be allowed to speak freely and must be censored.
And right on cue, the left’s allies sprung into motion to attack Carlson.
Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt accused Carlson of supporting white supremacy and demanded Fox News fire the top-rated host.
“@TuckerCarlson: ‘replacement theory’ is a white supremacist tenet that the white race is in danger by a rising tide of non-whites.It is antisemitic, racist and toxic. It has informed the ideology of mass shooters in El Paso, Christchurch and Pittsburgh. Tucker must go,” Greenblatt wrote.
J Street VP of Communications Logan Bayroff echoed those comments and doubled down on demanding Fox jettison Carlson.
“It is horrifying that Fox News continues to empower Tucker Carlson and other white nationalist ideologues to broadcast this kind of hateful poison into the homes of tens of millions of Americans,” Bayroff told The Daily Beast. “The ‘Great Replacement’ conspiracy theory isn’t just rhetoric—its racist, antisemitic propaganda that has helped incite deadly violence against American Jews, Muslims, immigrants, and other vulnerable minorities. Every time that this white supremacist hatred is amplified like this, the threat of future attacks on our communities grows.”
Fox News defended Carlson in a statement to The Daily Beast pointing out that in his comments, Carlson specifically rejected the “white replacement” conspiracy theory and focused his critique on the issue of voting.
With Donald Trump gone, the media needs to create new hate figures to maintain their ratings and audience.
Because Carlson draws the biggest ratings on Fox News, CNN and other media outlets tried to elevate Carlson to be the new Trump and leader of the conservative movement.
That is why these smears and baseless attacks will not stop.
